XAT

This is the longest meeting i had with Raffles and nothing productive ever comes out from this guy. Did you know how long the meeting lasted? 5 hours!!! We were discussing how should we increase the level of dole in Temasek State Coffer as the rate its spending, no one in this world can support. Raffles just like to buy any company which he "THINKS" have the potential for long-term investment.

By the way, Temasek State Coffer resources comes from temasekians in this little island. They have to contribute for the betterment of their lives and protection from enemies, right. Nothing is free in this world. Just that we make use of this resources for our benefits, not theirs. As Raffles would always say and end with a shrill laugh. He is an asshole, i tell you.

Anyway, issue here is: How should we continue to raise money within the existing system and not antagonise them? As the rate they are paying is seriously low - claim by Raffles.

Let me explain. 1 Chicken can lay one egg approximately every 25 hours, means that every day an egg is laid, however the chicken will stop laying and instead focus on incubation of eggs, which is known as going broody. Estimated figure that a chicken will continue laying is 6 daily, while the remaining 4 will be going broody. Once the egg is laid, it will take 3 weeks to hatch, then 8 - 12 weeks for a chicken to be ready for frying or roasting, meaning to be eaten prepared in such a manner, So total number of weeks for the chicken to be ready is, let say, average, 10 weeks. 10 weeks = 2 1/2 months. 10 weeks multiply 6 eggs daily = 60 chickens that will be ready in every quarter of the year. Out of 60, 90% will be of poor quality - which need to be improve, which will be 54 eggs to be produce from one family. Local population on last count is 500,000 multi-racial, and out of that figure, 75% produces chicken, which gives us a rough figure of 375,000 producers. 375,000 multiply 54 chickens gives us 20,250,000 chickens!!! However, it doesnt mean that this number is to be transacted. Families have mouth to feed, hence, 25% of 20,250,000 will be consumed by the family and another 25% to be exchange for other items like silk, tea cups, porcelain, chess sets, marble, etc...As from the calculation, you can see the number of chickens a family requires, so we requested them to contribute the remaining 25% in every quarter of the year to the state coffer. That is not too much right, since they will be dead in a matter of time.

As you can see now, how transparent and un-corrupted of our state assets by such computations, temasekians know how much assets Temasek has. However, whatever that is written on that piece of paper is different from stock. I have reported to Papak but he just brushed the issue aside.

So much for the explanation and i hope you can follow so far. It's not too complicated, right?

8 minutes before the ending of the meeting, Farquhar came in. We told him the issue and within 8 minutes, he said," There is a type of material, called Xenon, which beautify porcelain or be use for decoration on silk. We can produce it and name this product XAT." Raffles exclaimed,"That is such a brillant idea!" and asked," what does XAT means?" Farquhar replied,"Xenon-Added Tax" Raffles said,"Good good, Farquhar, go write a plan and get it implemented quickly. I need money to buy that house in London." And i just stood there all the while, transparent. Am i governor or is he the governor...
